Sadly bad. Location is nice, service totally overwhelmed. After 20 minutes our waitress asks us a second time if we want to order something to eat. ???? After another 30 minutes we finally get something to eat, namely half-raw burgers. The discount was refused because we had already eaten some of it. Nope is clear. Once and never again.

Actually promising card but poorly implemented. Bread charred black (this can happen but you don't actually put it in front of it), other dishes lacked the ingredients mentioned on the menu or simply the inspiration. The service was friendly and the location is very nice.

Food was delicious. Prices are ok for the quality and the ambience and the service. It was February. I think in spring or summer the location directly on the Alster will be even stronger. Here, each side dish costs extra, so you can quickly get a meal at 30-40 € and more. But that's fine.

I had the farmer's breakfast and that was good, also the pizza cooked ham / mushrooms was delicious. The service was friendly and fast, the ambience really nice. The visit here is a piece of vacation for me. Cashless payment also works. Thanks a lot!

Went that way. We had ordered different main courses long before with a larger group. When the evening came, it was said that the kitchen was not working properly. We then had to choose from certain dishes. You can still understand that. Then there is no clear responsibility of the waiters. There was always someone else coming to our table. The waiters were overwhelmed: at the food order our table was forgotten and the drinks were partly quite a long time needed. Since the beer was already a bit stale. Drinks were completely forgotten, drinks were exchanged. That's not possible. The payment took forever. Okay, it was pretty hot that evening, but overall it could be better managed.
